Health E-book
Before I began my journey in studying nutrition, I had no idea what micronutrients and macronutrients were, let alone how much of each I needed. Food is such an essential part of our daily lives, and we often don't take the time to truly think about how we are nourishing our bodies. The students of the Student Nutrition Association have written this e-book to share some of what we consider the nutrition basics. We have also shared some healthy recipes that we love to make in our own time. The first step to a healthy lifestyle is empowering yourself with the knowledge needed to sustain it. We hope this helps a bit!
